Nora Rinne is a Helsinki-based Finnish performance artist and actor. She has studied at the Theatre Academy of Finland and has an MA in Performance Art. Her work has been presented in galleries, on stage and in other spaces, e.g. in Kiasma, the Museum of Contemporary Art in Finland. In her installations she uses photography and videos, and she has also photographed for other purposes. She has acted in theatre, TV, film and radio, and can be heard every Saturday on Yle Radio Suomi in a political satire Tohtori Raimo - valtakunnan terapeutti. Rinne is one of the editors of a Finnish performance art journal, Esitys-lehti, and has also contributed to ICE HOLE - Live Art Journal, an online journal focusing on live art.
